I believe therapy is a space where you should feel understood, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bowling Green State University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron. My clinical background includes working with individuals 13+, couples, and families from diverse racial and sexual orientation backgrounds navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I also support couples and families experiencing relational distress, communication difficulties, infidelity and betrayal trauma, and recurring patterns of conflict. My therapeutic approach is holistic, strengths-based, and hands-on. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential interventions. During our sessions, I incorporate practical strategies, therapeutic exercises, and opportunities for reflection to help clients make connections about patterns of behavior, their experiences and challenges. My hope is that each session provides you with a deeper understanding of yourself and tangible tools you can begin applying in your everyday life. I would be honored to assist you during your healing journey.
