Carly Schneid
Carly Schneid, MA, LPCC, ATR
I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most meaningful tools for healing and growth. If you don’t feel safe or understood, it’s hard to truly build self-awareness. I offer a compassionate, honest, and creative environment where we work together to identify your goals and support you in reaching them.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, grief, and major life transitions. While my experience as a parent has given me unique insight into the complexities of family life, my focus extends to all kinds of relationships, whether with partners, friends, coworkers, or family members. Relationships in any form can inspire us, frustrate us, and sometimes completely overwhelm us. In our work together, we’ll explore these dynamics, build clarity, and help you move toward a place that feels more balanced and authentic.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer art therapy as a creative pathway for expression and self-discovery, especially when words aren’t quite enough. You don’t have to be “good” at art to benefit from it. It’s about the process, not the product. I provide a space to deepen self-awareness, strengthen communication, and support meaningful change in your life.
