Couples and Individual Therapist

Join our established mental health private practice, where we provide compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and couples. We are growing our team and seeking skilled, dedicated therapists who are passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful growth and lasting change.

We are hiring therapists for both our Beachwood and Rocky River offices. Applicants may choose the office location that best fits their preferences and needs.

Qualifications

We are seeking therapists who:

  • Hold a master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

  • Have an active license to practice in the state of Ohio.

  • Are skilled and experienced in working with individuals and couples.

  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a compassionate, client-centered approach.

  • Are committed to providing exceptional mental health care and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, and support staff who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

This is a W-2 Employee position with benefits. You control your schedule and caseload, and earn a percentage of the revenue you generate.

Counseling Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments, and diagnose and treat mental health issues

  • Develop treatment goals collaboratively with clients

  • Assess for progress and modify treatment interventions as needed

  • Refer to specialists as needed

  • Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours following sessions

Job Qualifications

  • LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW, MFT/IMFT and current license in Ohio

  • Ability to form strong therapeutic relationships

  • Self-directed, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Multicultural awareness and sensitivity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated sound clinical judgement

  • Ability to learn the electronic medical records system
