Story Quest Social Group (Ages 14-17)
Step into a creative and supportive space where storytelling meets personal growth. In this group, teens use role-playing and drama-based activities to build social skills, improve communication, and practice conflict resolution in a low-pressure environment. Participants safely explore challenges through characters while learning real-life coping strategies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.
In this group, participants will:
• Build social and communication skills
• Practice conflict resolution
• Learn DBT-based coping strategies
• Experience growth in a low-pressure setting
Snacks, stories, and supplies provided, no experience required
Group Details:
In-Person Group: Saturdays at 1:30pm
Enrollment is open; sessions will begin once the group is filled

90 Minutes per Session
Cost: $500 Deposit required
