Sonja Banks
Sonja Banks, MSW, LSW
I am is a licensed social worker with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, women, couples, and families. My background includes school-based therapy, child welfare, developmental disabilities, crisis intervention, marriage support, and work with women. I use a collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, client-centered approach to help clients build practical skills that create meaningful change.
I am especially passionate about helping women, individuals, and couples strengthen communication, navigate life transitions, manage emotional challenges, develop greater self awareness, and build healthier relationships. I strive to create a warm, respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe lasting growth is possible when people recognize their strengths, deepen healthy connections, and take intentional steps toward emotional wellness.
