StoryQuest: A Social Adventure for Teens (Ages 14–17)

Once upon a Saturday afternoon—not so very far from here—a group of teens will gather around a table. There will be dice to roll, characters to invent, and worlds to build. But something even more magical happens along the way: friendships form, confidence grows, and real-life skills quietly take root between quests.

Welcome to StoryQuest Social Group—where imagination meets connection.

In this one-of-a-kind group, teens step into the roles of heroes, healers, strategists, and storytellers. Through tabletop fantasy role-playing games, collaborative storytelling, and drama-based activities, participants explore social dynamics in a way that feels engaging—not overwhelming. Whether navigating a dragon’s lair or a tricky conversation, every scenario becomes a chance to practice real-world skills in a low-pressure, supportive space.

Along the journey, teens will:

  • Strengthen social and communication skills

  • Practice conflict resolution through storytelling

  • Learn coping strategies informed by DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

  • Grow confidence and self-awareness at their own pace

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be curious and open.

There will be snacks. There will be stories. There will be laughter, unexpected plot twists, and moments of genuine connection.
