Sarah Deininger
Sarah Deininger, MEd, LPCC
The experience of being truly heard and understood can be deeply transforming, and I feel privileged to work with those seeking support through connection. I aim to partner with children and adolescents to support meaningful change in their lives through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered therapeutic approach. I use a variety of theoretical orientations and approaches to best meet the needs of each individual client, with Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy being the most common. I also find experience based interventions to be a helpful tool for self-expression and learning. My graduate degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hope to offer a welcoming space as I support clients where they are and as they engage in the therapeutic process.
