I am dual-licensed as a professional counselor and art therapist. I have worked extensively with all ages from 4 years old to 94 years old. I have also worked for many years within the LGBTQ+ and Latine communities.

I have always been interested in and inspired by people. Life transitions, relationships, daily stressors, and our individual journeys have the potential to bring us joy and growth as well as pain. I love helping my clients develop their self-awareness and build strategies to cope with life’s challenges.
