I am dual-licensed as a professional counselor and art therapist. I have worked extensively with all ages from 4 years old to 94 years old. I have also worked for many years within the LGBTQ+ and Latine communities.

As a therapist, I help my clients envision a fresh perspective and develop coping strategies to create positive changes in their lives. I am dual licensed as both a Professional Counselor and as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

I use a mind-body approach that combines intellectual understanding with somatic awareness to empower clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, focusing on a person's mind, body, and what brings them a sense of connection to their world.
